1,Position: IT Executive (immediate vacancy) |

Responsibilities:
1)Provide end-users support in system and software related issues.
2)Provide technical supports to internal and external via email, telephone, remote access or onsite support.
3)Hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
4)Manage IT inventory and software licensing.
Requirements:
1)Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
2)Required language(s): Can communicate, read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
3)Experience in operating Microsoft product is a must - Microsoft Windows XP, MS- DOS, Window Server 2003, databases (SQL query) & basic Programming, Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007.
4)Basic knowledge in Networking (WAN environment) & server administration.
5)Documentation of work is practiced.
6)Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.
7)Positive attitude, self-motivated, mature & able to work independently, and flexibility to address support issues during off hours when necessary.
8)Willing to travel and possess own transportation
9)Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in similar capacity is an added advantage.
